I coach both adult and teen group classes where our focus is to teach safe and effective movements (weightlifting, body-weight & conditioning) in a CHALLENGING & FUN space. You may walk into our gym looking for just fitness but you will find we are about building a COMMUNITY of healthier, stronger people!
Personal/Small Group Coaching
The personal/small group coaching bring many of the elements from group classes but at a much more personal touch to the individual(s). In this space we can work toward specific goals like weight-loss, nutritional guidance, gymnastic skills, olympic weightlifting, strength improvement, race/competition prep., and/or any other goals the client(s) are interested in.
Private Swim Lessons
The goal in this training is to build confidence and skill in swimmers ranging from their first time to competitive level swimmers. I've worked with ages ranging from 2 to 50+ years old. I design a swimmer specific lesson plan in order to teach the necessary skills to be a strong efficient swimmer, improve breathing techniques, and help them reach their specific swimming goals!
