CONSISTENTLY HAVE A LEARNING MINDSET.
No matter what goal you are trying to achieve it most likely will require your consistent practice & attention. The concept of consistency is simple but the daily or weekly practice of this idea is where the challenge lies. In my opinion, the longer you can stay consistent through the good & the bad, the ups & the downs the greater chance you will have in succeeding. Sometimes, the success I'm referring to may not be what you set out for. For example, in my fitness journey I started out looking to discover my physical potential but as my consistent journey continues the more I am learning about who I am as a person deep down inside. As I continue to ride out my fitness journey it will continue to evolve and so will I.
My main focus as I continue going forward is to consistently SHOW UP to my commitments, always DO MY BEST, and go into each day with a LEARNING MINDSET!
